Mr. Dattaraj brings over 40 years of experience in wheat milling and other related businesses. Under his technological and business leadership, the company has become one of the leading flour mills in Karnataka. Before leading Krishna Flour Mills, Mr Dattaraj served as the Technical Director of Mysore Feeds Limited and grew the business to make it the third largest feed manufacturing company in India before leaving the company in 1994.

Mr. Dattaraj is a recognized expert in the Indian flour milling industry and his insights are regulary sought out by experts and covered in Indian and International media. As a result of his industry expertise, he was chosen to lead the Roller Flour Millers Federation of India. He has also been a Chairman of the Compound Live Stock Feed Manufacturer Association of India. Besides his involvement in business, Mr. Dattaraj serves on the Board of Trustees of the R V group of institutions, which educates more than 15,000 students annualy. Mr. Dattaraj holds a a Masters of Science degree in Grain sciences from Kansas State University and a diploma in milling technology from the Swiss School of Milling.
